The employment agency who were supposed to be providing a new person have failed massively. Shouldn't affect my new job, but I might have to help out a little if they get desperate...

I have an appointment with the new therapist next Thursday. She offered Monday but that's a little too close I think. Need to
psych myself up for it.

I do feel a little bit better now. OH gave me ice-cream, a cuddle and a shoulder to cry on. Bless him. Love him. Love that he just knows what I need.
